I was referred here by AAA a while back and I keep going back. The people are friendly, service is fast and they don't try to rip you off like most places do. As a mom I especially love their waiting area; books, toys, a TV and a fish tank. more

I usually stay away from the "mom and pop" shops and service my car at the dealership. A good friend of mine recommended "Calif Auto" for a issue that arose with my wife's vehicle and after googling and reviewing the online comments on this establishment I decided to let my wife's vehicle be the test subject. Calif. Auto not only lived up to their reviews but saved my wife and I thousands of dollars on work from a dealership and saved us the expense of purchasing a new vehicle. I was so impressed by this companies professionalism, quality of workmanship, and customer service I decided to pull the trigger on allowing them to perform service my "baby". Again!!! Saved me $500 dollars off of the quote from the dealership gave me a additional $50 discount off of my invoice for return business and performed an outstanding job off all work requested for my truck. I could not be any happier with Calif. Auto!! Highly recommend for all your auto service!! You will not find a better place, trust me. Will be returning soon to have additional service to my truck performed. more

Stellar Service Once Again! 4/1/2014

Had to have our 2007 Toyota Avalon towed to the shop as it was dead. Service technician quickly diagnosed a dead battery due to a inoperable alternator. Vehicle was back on the road in a matter of hours. more

Awesome Customer Care 3/31/2014

Cal auto center Temecula always remembers my husband and me. These guys really care about us and our vehicles! Always honest and straight to the point about what needs done on our vehicles. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs any maintenance from an oil change all the way to an engine replacement. I trust this shop more than any other place we've ever taken our vehicles!!! So sad that we are moving soon :'( more

The genuine concern & care, quality, knowledge and great staff 3/21/2014

I have recommended several friends over the years who are most pleased. You guys are always there for me, since my first breakdown almost 5 years ago. Joe is great and always goes the extra mile. Erin is wonderful and even though she is very busy she still manages to make her smile come through the phone, which is important, that and she's a great multi-tasker. Scott has always been a great help, quick, friendly and funny. Todd is another great addition. I like his demeanor, he's professional, curteous and informed. Thank you all for such great work. Prompt, courteous and thorough 3/16/2014

I have been coming to CAC for a number of years now to have the various cars I've own, both domestic and foreign, serviced. CAC has always been very thorough with their work and they treat me respectfully as their customer. They do not try to deceive you into having additional, unnecessary work done on your car. I had a problematic issue with one car and they went the extra mile to help resolve it, while helping to minimize my out-of-pocket expenses. The extra mile 3/10/2014

I can never say enough about Joe, Todd and all the staff at California auto center. I have been so fortunate in running across them, taking care of all four of our cars in the family. They always go the extra mile and in doing so provide solutions to problems bringing cars back to their appropriate running conditions without ever feeling like I am being forced to pursue anything beyond what is I brought the car in for unless of course there are things that may require immediate attention for our safety. These guys are a role model that every auto mechanic should be modeled after….period! I could go on and on… But I have to stop somewhere. Thanks guys! more
