The customer service was horrible. No matter how many times I called them they never called me back. When I did talk to them the husband kept saying hed have to ask his wife when I had any questions. They were both rude. I took my suites to Brentwood Mens Shop, where they return my phone calls and are polite. more

I have been using Nandwani's custom tailors for over 15 years. They are great. The one time there was a problem it was miscommunication and they took care of it quickly, professionally and no charge. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent customer service. more

Both my husband and myself have been going to Nandwani's since we moved here 4 yrs. ago.(yes, I have tired other tailors) I think they are wonderful and I trust them with some of my more expensive things. I recently dropped off a bridesmaid dress ordered online to be let out and hemmed. It was my first visit to this tailor, and I had heard great things about them even though I knew they were pricey. Since I work varied hours, I went in on a Thursday, tried it on, and the owner told me that he would contact his wife b/c she was at lunch but that she might need me to come back in. I told him that was fine but to please let me know as soon as she got back in whether or not she needed me to come in and try on the dress for her to see since I rarely have a day off. He agreed, and I went on my way. Not hearing from her, I thought everything was fine and that the work was being done. A week later, she called and told me that she could not altar my dress, leaving me less than a week to find a solution to the problem. I would not recommend using this service at all; they really left me in a lurch. more

I was not happy with an alteration they performed and in response they offered to do more of the exact same alteration for $10 MORE than they had charged the first time. I have a hard time believing their costs, inflation, whatever, increased that much in a week's time. They didn't stand by their service and seemed to pull an arbitrary figure out the air. What horrid customer service! I went to another tailor who charged what Nandwani had originally charged. Pros: easy access from I-65 Cons: awful cust. service more
