Kim is the absolute BEST when it comes to a complete pedi. I don't have to tell her what to do, she sees what needs done and does it, and does it well! I always feel relaxed when I come out of there and get so many compliments on my toes. After a few unhappy experiences in the past with others, I will wait until Kim returns (if she is on vacation) to get my pedi. I admit the decor doesn't give you that spa feeling, but close your eyes and you will sure feel it with Kim. Although I don't get my nails done that often, Lisa has always given the best manicures. For those of you who had bad experiences, you should have gone back in and complained. They would have fixed you up with someone else until you were satisfied at no extra charge!!!!!!! Ask for Kim or Lisa next time and you won't have that problem :-)
Pros: Kim is the best for Pedi, Lisa for nails
Cons: It looks run down and doesn't give you the feeling of a spa
