This workout counteracted a lot of the things I have been doing to better strengthen certain areas in my body, specifically my back. A person should be able to complete a workout, even when their muscles are burning. This workout does not allow you to do that. The trainer focus on one area at a time and breaks it down so much that you can't complete the exercises. This exercise was all about gaining muscle which is exactly what I didn't want to do, I want to tone and strengthen, not bulk up. The trainer wasn't always positive and acted as if I didn't know anything about fitness and at times made me feel pretty bad about my ability... Personally my least favorite workout ever.
