I sent three Accutrons to this man to have repaired. He told me he would take a look at them and let me know what he thought. I was concerned with one especially. After looking at them, he advised all was well and he could do the $225 services on each and there should be no problems. After quite some time, i got them back and i had problems with all of them. I set, wore , re-set and wore all three. One ran for a while and stopped, one ran too fast , one ran ok. Eventually all stopped running. I sent one back at first, then again, then again, and then again. Got around to sending the second one back, and then the third. It was back and forth and each time, he said: i think i got it this time. He admitted he was frustrated at one, and then another and so on and yappity-yap-yap. He then told me i would have to spend more money to get them right as they all now somehow were not worth repairing in the first place. Odd, seemed like they were worth it over $700 ago. He does answer emails and seems to keep you informed along the way, as long as it's good enough news to keep you coming back. He seems to be well thought of from quite a few other customers, but i feel he strung me along to get my money and then dumped my watches back on me when he got in over his head. I made him aware i was not at all pleased at which time he told me he had spent much more time on my watches than he should have already and began to explain how much extra he did. Bottom line.....$700 spent on two watches that don't run and one that 's not running as it should. This is your man if you want to waste time and money. Listen to the other Accutron techs when they say beware of the cheaper guys. Mike Hatley
