Thoroughly would recommend My Handyman Services 12/13/2017

Mr. Taylor came to replaced my basement faucet and fix my lighting fixture. He was professional and knowledgeable of what he does. I have a minor complain about Mr. Taylor was he went to his truck to get materials or tools 3 times considering he was paid by the hour. more

I'm Sold On Mr. Handyman 12/11/2017

Mr. Handyman gave me a contract and stuck right to it. They put in a wheelchair ramp in my garage and it came out really nice. Very well done. I've got no complaints. I've used them before several times and I think they're pretty good. The prices are fair and they have skilled workmen who do a professional job. The ramp was very well built. They planned it out well and did it in a reasonable amount of time. I'd recommend them. I've done business with them several times now and I'm sold on them. more

Great results, very pleased! 1/25/2017

I was quite pleased with how the recent work we had done by My Handyman of Ann Arbor, Saline and Chelsea went. We had them come out to do some basic repair at our home, the people who showed up to do the work were very professional and courteous while they were here, and always did a great job of making their work areas clean when they leave. The work itself was done quite well and in good time, I would definitely use My Handyman again, and I highly recommend their services. more

Telephone scheduler failed to communicate to service man my specific request for a 14 foot ladder 1/22/2017

I needed chandelier bulbs changed on a 16 foot ceiling, and carefully explained to the telephone scheduler that the service man needed to bring a 14 foot or taller step ladder. The service man never got the message and showed up without the ladder and had to reschedule. This happened once before when specific requests to the scheduling people did not get to the service person. more

Mr. Handyman is professional, polite and easy to work with. They are always on time and they call if anything needs to be changed. Most recently they put together some outdoor furniture, fixed a sink and a shower, and they repaired some drywall--and it's a great job. more

One Time Use Only 11/25/2016

In my one experience with My Handyman of Ann Arbor, I was very happy to get the experience and effort of the person who came to look at my gutters. I was at a loss as to who to call and he came right away. I haven't needed anything lately, but when I do I will call them. more

Efficient, no problems 11/21/2016

Mr Handyman is efficient. They do what they're supposed to do and they get the job done right the first time without having to come back and fix anything afternoon. They do everything the correct way and we've had no problems with them. I would recommend them to anybody. The next time we have a problem we'll call Mr. Handyman, like always. more

Waiting for a refund of a product they did not use. 11/8/2016

The work was fine but I have been waiting for a refund for over 1 month of a product the technician did not use. Dishonesty, high overhead charges are two strikes against them and they like to take their time thus charging you more. more
