New Vanity Top and Faucet 6/27/2018

Loren was great and arrived promptly in the scheduled window. Was professional and courteous with the tasks at hand. The marble counter top was too much for one person to handle, so a quick call to the office and his boss Greg helped the initial install of that portion. Was a miscommunication at the office from the day prior when I spoke with Blayne requesting two people ahead of time. Efficient and fair rates for work done, in comparison to other service providers (i.e. Lowes). Would recommend and use again. more

Very pleased with the work 6/27/2018

Tom Olaf removed rotting window frames on my house, and replaced them beautifully with new hand-made frames, that look better than the originals. Once they are painted, they will look original.. Tom also removed the caulking along the foundation, and resealed it with new caulk material. Tom was punctual, worked carefully, and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. Very happy with his work! more

No problem with the service. 6/7/2018

My one disappointment was not about this call. I'd asked if you could clean and seal my deck, and the answer is that sure you can, but my deck is way smaller than the one you view as your standard minimum job. So I'd pay for this job the same as I'd pay if the deck were twice its size or with more features. So I didn't schedule that job because I'll hope to find an individual who can do a "small job" for a commensurate "smaller price." more

Ceiling work 5/22/2018

Brad did an amazing amount and variety of work in a single day. He was hired to remove the popcorn finish from our ceiling, which he did, but then he also patched and repaired a substantial area of the ceiling that had water damage, climbed onto the roof to make a repair to prevent future water damage, and removed some cabinets from a wall that we couldn't get off because the screws had been stripped. He also repaired a hole in a wall that was made by a doorknob. He was handy in every way and did five jobs for us when we hired him to do one. Couldn't be happier and am hoping to have him back soon to fix more nagging issues at our house. more

You know all those pesky little tasks that add up and never seem to get done? Droopy bathroom hardware, blinds that fall off, door weather strip, etc.? My Handyman fixes these things quickly and well. Was very satisfied with the service I received, will use them again. more
