Turns out there was nothing wrong with my washer. The tech took the time to explain what could go wrong and what to look out for. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He was polite and professional. They also came out the same day and had a window from 5-8 p.m. for us working folks! more

Fast response & great service 9/18/2010

My gas dryer suddenly stopped heating. I called My Appliance Tech about 8:30 on a Sunday evening after finding their website and having no idea who to call. They took my call and gave me an appointment for the very next morning. The technician arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired my dryer in no time. Dryer- replace heating element 9/7/2010

The technician was very professional in explaining the problem - bad heating element. He explained that the ventilation for the dryer could be a primary concern for future problems. He also explained that if the ventilation had not been cleaned for some time, it would be a good idea to have that done. more

Great Service/Great Price 8/29/2010

I highly recommend My Appliance Tech for repairs. Last week, my tenant called me to tell me the washing machine in their rental broke (the water was not draining out).I called My Appliance Tech and was able to get a technician out to the rental the next day (this was convenient for me and the tenant). The technician Jack was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to replace the part and the washer was working that day. The pricing was very straightforward. No hidden charges. more

Got my fridge fixed ! 8/29/2010

I spent 3 days functionning with a camping cooler to keep the essential things cold. I called Sears but they couldn't send anyone for another 4 days! I found this company online and they were able to come a few hours later. The Technician was very professional and gave me advice about maintenance to do to avoid having further problems. The price was good and the fride is now working. I am definatly keeping their phone number in my cell phone for further repairs. Thanks guys! Isabelle more

I've never heard about this company before. I called Sears ( like always I did), but they gave me an appointment for two weeks. I called this company yesterday at night, and this morning they fixed my refrigerator. The Technician was so PROFESSIONAL, the price Excellent. (unique) Bye, Bye, SEARS. I won't call you again. more

They were great. I was very impressed. 5/10/2010

I had a problem with my refrigerator leaking, so I looked online and called several places. My Appliance Tech was the only company to call back immediately. They told me what a service call would cost and they offered to come out that day, but I set up an appointment for the following day. They showed up right when they promised and the technician even called me on the way. He was fabulous. He explained the possible causes and even went over how to prevent it in the future. I was very impressed. As it turns out, the defroster fan went out, so the inside was freezing over, and it would then stop working and melt all over the floor. The technician identified the problem and gave me price in ten minutes. He happened to have the part on hand, and he took 30 minutes to finish the job. He did a wonderful job. He gave me tips like moving the refrigerator away from the wall to allow air to circulate. I was impressed with how much he knew and how willing he was to help. more
