The greatness of all great restaurants is shown in the details. If the chefs paid enough attention to the minor things, like side dishes, the main ingredient would never be sub-par. The pickled red cabbage that came with the pork chop was home made (not the canned stuff), and was the most delicious I had ever eaten. The simple dish of lemon and garlic chicken was unbelievably excellent. It looked like deep fry but it wasn't. The juices flowed right out when it's cut. Mustards Grill is a typical American restaurant, but some of their dishes, like fried calamari and seared ahi tuna, are more or less fusion, and they were also excellent.
Pros: Great in all areas
