unprofessional, rude, unethical. All in all they are unscrupulous cheats. I had my mustang ""restored"" by them with nothing but problems. They had excuse after excuse for said problems not wanting to honor warranty. Bottom line they don't know what they are doing, have no desire for a quality product just want your money. If you love your vehicle, check with the bureau of automotive repair first, they can tell you more stories pertaining to their business practices! Strange dudes but alot of parts 9/15/2006

I went in to buy some parts for my 65 mustang a couple of weeks ago, I was in the store 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me, I think I might have got them at a bad time, the 2 guys behind the counter looked like they were on the computer playing video games, they had alot of parts to choose from and I found everything I needed, overall if you're not into asking questions it's an ok place, Mustang Parts House is alot more friendlier. more

Service matters, and they're poor... 7/27/2005

Rude, unhelpful service. Act like they're doing you a favor. Advised to buy the wrong product for my car, then had trouble returning it. Took three visits and heated conversations to get a refund.
