When we have gone, the majority of patrons are under the age of 12. The music playing, at a deafening volume, is mostly "black hip hop" stuff we do not enjoy.
The owner and manager need to reevaluate their music selection if they expect families to want to come to the facility.
Also, we have been issued skates with defects so bad they could not be worn. The youth at the counter needs better training so he does not hand out defective skates to patrons.
The times we've been, other youths are hanging out at the little skate issue counter chatting endlessly with the youth inside. You have to wait for them to notice you and let you up to the window for a turn.
It appears there is little in the way of hands-on adult management at the facility. The staff are not friendly and well trained.
