My DUI charge was the first criminal charge I’ve ever had, and the whole idea of being on trial was horrifying to me. My attorney from Musca may honestly be the only reason that I made it through the whole thing without suffering from a personal meltdown. He was very devoted to my comfort from the beginning, and it was thanks to his instructions that I was able to deliver testimony that sounded good to the jury. Now that it’s all over, I just want to say that I have a ton of respect for my lawyer, and I’m glad for all the time and energy he spent getting me through this very difficult time. more

Best DUI Lawyer in Ft Lauderdale 8/24/2012

Musca Law was worth every penny I paid them, considering I wouldn’t even be able to make money at all if I had lost my license. Their presence at my license hearing made a huge and obvious difference. I’m glad that I had the sense to track down a DUI lawyer who actually knew what they were doing, and that I didn’t just go with the first kid who stuck up a law office sign. more

Superb Lawyer 8/16/2012

My brush with a DUI really scared me straight. It was the first time that I’ve ever really driven after more than a couple drinks, and the look of those flashing lights behind me really made my life flash before my eyes. It didn’t turn out so badly, though. I think my DUI attorney had a lot to do with that. He was able to negotiate the one year of prison time right off the table. I’m very happy with the fine I had to pay considering what could’ve been. more

My whole family is grateful to Musca Law for defending me during my recent DUI trial. I had very little hope of actually getting an easy sentence, even less of beating the charges. My DUI attorney was able to use the behavior of the police at the scene to have the case against me dismissed. more

Outstanding 3/30/2012

I never imagined what my Musca Law attorney could do for me until I saw mine in actions at court. There wasn’t a thing that the prosecution could do that my attorney couldn’t counter. The trial ended with nothing more than a fine. more

Great Service 8/31/2011

I was just a little drunk, driving home from an after-party for my college graduation in Ft. Lauderdale. Too drunk for the cops apparently, they pulled me over and charged me with a DUI. I called Musca Law and they sent someone right over. I was really happy with how knowledgeable the DUI lawyer was about the whole process. In the end, he successfully negotiated a reduced sentence for me. more
