Real estate closings are never my favorite activity. Too often some minor detail is overlooked and that invariably results in delays and problems.
The last closing we had was handled by William E. Murray, Attorney-at-Law and there was absolutely no glitch. His staff is friendly and competent. All of the paperwork was ready for us and no correction s were needed. They even got my name right ;-) All of the additional papers after the closing were mailed to us promptly.
