I was not happy with the service/multi point inspection but was happy with the repair work
1. In the inspection report service said the Windshield washer fluid was low and he field it not the case the fluid light was on at pick up, The cabin air filter was dirty. I check it at home 2 days later when change oil IT WAS BAD( Not Happy )
2. The maintenance team member got oil foot print all over the DOOR & FLOOR MATS ( I cleaned at home for 4 Hours ) NOT HAPPY Reported it to your service and waited 10 min for them to check it out, got mad and left..
3. Not happy with the cleanness /thoroughness of the maintenance team ( Note I have photos of the oil foot prints ) i Recommend the sales team but not the service team
4. You promise to change things in your service team, I don’t see it
