The service adviser that assisted me seemed annoyed that I was there. And he didn't give me an estimate, not even a ballpark of what the costs would be. Needless to say, the costs...

My car had a power steering leak that required the replacement of the entire powering steering rack. Estimated time was more than 4 he's. They did it, and washed my car in 3&1/2 hours. more

I was not happy with the service/multi point inspection but was happy with the repair work 1. In the inspection report service said the Windshield washer fluid was low and he field it not the case the fluid light was on at pick up, The cabin air filter was dirty. I check it at home 2 days later when change oil IT WAS BAD( Not Happy ) 2. The maintenance team member got oil foot print all over the DOOR & FLOOR MATS ( I cleaned at home for 4 Hours ) NOT HAPPY Reported it to your service and waited 10 min for them to check it out, got mad and left.. 3. Not happy with the cleanness /thoroughness of the maintenance team ( Note I have photos of the oil foot prints ) i Recommend the sales team but not the service team 4. You promise to change things in your service team, I don’t see it more

Bought my car 3 months ago from the same dealership that serviced it this time. A Certified Hyundai used vehicle. Put 3,000 miles on it. Went to get oil changed said both my filters were "so dirty" and that they "had to be replaced!" I asked them how often they need to be replaced and the service tech said every 10,000 to 15,000 miles. Interesting - I just bought this car. When I asked to speak to manager upon calling back - they never answered and I left a message. Never called me back. I then called back and asked to speak to a service manager who then put me on hold - never to return... Interesting. I gave up - I guess it's not that big of a deal... Oh wait it is - they just must not have thought so. more

I recently took my car to the dealership for an oil change. I was shocked when I arrived on-time for my appointment and they told me it was going to take them 45 minutes for a routine oil change. (It actually took them a few minutes longer.) After the rep showed me the air filter I agreed to have them change it expecting to pay a reasonable price for a new one. I felt totally taken advantage of when I checked out and was charged a premium price for an air filter and a ridiculous amount in labor to put it in. The air filter change doubled the price of my oil change! My car had been run through the automatic car wash but it was not vacuumed. Disappointing Hyundai, I will be going back to a lube, oil, filter place for my oil changes from now on. more

What's not to like? They are friendly, fast, accommodating and no nonsense. Am on my second car from them. Not because of the sales guys but because of the excellent and outstanding service I receive. I keep my cars for a very long time and that only works because they are doing a great job maintaining it. If I have to get my car worked on then I want it done by someone I can trust and who cares about me. They do both and I really appreciate them for that. more
