I recently took my car to the dealership for an oil change. I was shocked when I arrived on-time for my appointment and they told me it was going to take them 45 minutes for a routine oil change. (It actually took them a few minutes longer.) After the rep showed me the air filter I agreed to have them change it expecting to pay a reasonable price for a new one. I felt totally taken advantage of when I checked out and was charged a premium price for an air filter and a ridiculous amount in labor to put it in. The air filter change doubled the price of my oil change! My car had been run through the automatic car wash but it was not vacuumed. Disappointing Hyundai, I will be going back to a lube, oil, filter place for my oil changes from now on.
