Every time I come here with my wife, I feel at home. Dr. Maureen Muoneke takes her time to see my wife. We love coming here. We have referred people and will continue to refer people. She is very pleasant and well behaving with their patients also easy to get appointments. more

I've been to see Dr. Muoneke and I think she was great. She did not rush through my appointment and explained everything to me. I was having some minor problems and she gave me several options on what to do. I told her my previous GYN had recommended I have a hysterectomy and she said that should be a last resort. If I hadn't gone to see her I probably would've went through with the surgery. Her office, as well as the waiting room was very clean and I found most of the staff friendly. more

I totally enjoyed my visit, the one review is not at all an accurate depiction. We appreciate that a solo practitioner is bound to be late sometimes, that is why this is a dying breed, this doctor is swimming against a tough current, but I will rather wait and be cared for by one doctor. Kudos to her! more

I thought she was going to be an easy doctor to get along with. I called and got an appointment for the following day. In the waiting room, she was pleasant to a few of the patients waiting. When I got into the room, thats when it all changed. I was there for a general exam, my first one. I had no idea what to expect. She barely spoke to me when I got into the room. She actually walked in on me before I had completely gotten the hospital gown on. When I got on the table, she took me off gaurd. She didn't tell me what she was doing nor did she show me the tools she was using. This is procedure. There wasn't even another nurse in the room like there should have been. After I complained of the exam hurting (she shoved it inside me) thats when she told me to breathe. I felt violated. I also bled more than I should have after this exam. (my mother is a nurse and knows all this stuff) When I asked her about birth control, she told me about a type and I had to keep prying in order for her to tell me anymore. She sugested Depo Provera and mentioned that the only side effect was weight gain. There are definetly more side effects than that including depression, lack of sex drive, headaches and nausea. I am disappointed that she strongly suggested this one because I did mention earlier I had problems with depression I think the only reason she wanted me to be on this one, was so I would pay an extra co-pay for the appointment I'd need to schedule for the shot. I felt like walking money to her and I felt disrespected. I would never suggest her to anyone and I would strongly suggest that others looking for a gynecologist look somewhere else. more

I have been coming to you for years and this is the only practice i will go to.If i were to have another child this is where i would like to be. I come from all the way to annapolis to see you. It's worth the drive more

Recently your customer service has significantly improved. I've had some not professional conversations (over the phone or in the office) with some of your old personnel. These girls are so much more appropriate & willing to work with you in a very professional customer friendly way. more

Had to call 7 times to get copy of wife's report..waited 2 months. Filled release form, paid $2 fees personally in office. Staff seems to be bunch of high school teens. Dr. was very rude to my wife...as if she is only doctor in world!! more
