I shopped several brands prior to dealing with Munday Mazda. My Mazda6 is great and all the team was very helpful. I have since used the service department with good success. Although, there has never been a service problem...just oil changes and tire rotation..Plus the free oil changes are great. more

Mazda 3. 1/26/2011

Went in to test drive a Mazda 3. Had called internet manager, and said I wanted to just come-in and test drive, and then would look for best price. Went in on a weekday morning with my wife and daughter (car for her), and the manager quickly matched me up with a salesman. Good test drive and sales experience with rep. I sit down with sales rep, with family seated in showroom. more

The salesman I worked with at Munday Mazda was a pleasure. If you go to Munday to shop for a Mazda, ask to work with Bill Jones. He wasn't pushy or tricky in his sales pitch. He went over every dollar that I was going to spend. It was nice to see where their total was coming from. I don't want to speak out of line here, but just by looking around the offices, Mr. Jones seems to be as nice and personable as they get at Munday. Many of the other salesman in the office were giving their customers manifestos or making numerous runs to the sales manager to discuss things that the customer had brought up. The financing lady was nice but somewhat hard to understand and kept trying to push me towards the most expensive warranty packages even though they were for coverage that I didn't need. I would highly recommend going here to buy your new Mazda. Ask for Bill Jones. more

what a difference. 1/14/2011

Hey...there's a lot of Mazda dealers in the Houston area and we shopped at five. What a strain some of them are. Finally we reached Munday Mazda and what a difference. Don Anderson is simply GREAT! We could not have ask for a more straight forward process. The service manager called right away and scheduled our free oil changes. If you're considering Mazda...you owe yourself a visit to Munday. more

I recently purchased from Munday Mazda and when I stumbled upon these reviews, I was truly surprised. My family has received the very best results from the staff at Munday Mazda. You know, we all want a good deal and we've been taught through time about the negative points that come with a new vehicle purchase. Well, it's the process so face it. I've been happy with the Munday Mazda results. So don't stake your purchase on one 'Bump on A log' attitude. Get out there a make a deal. more

I am on my 4th car from Munday, all used and non Mazda. Obviously if im on my 4th car.. I have been happy enough to come back. I have not purchased a car where EVERTHING was perfect.. and they are no different, but overall, i have like the cars, had great payments and good service. overall you will get a great deal. Sales people were all great, very friendly. I didnt mind the music.. wasnt too bad the times i have been in. I think its great to have a fun enviroment. To eachs own i suppose. Thanks Munday. more

very comfortable with the service 12/29/2010

My review is on the Munday Mazda service department. I have just moved here from STL. I was very comfortable with the service department there. After I arrived in Houston, my car started having some ""symptoms"". After the worst experience of my life at Joe Myers, I took my car over to Joe and Neil at Munday. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, nor did I feel I was being lied to. When I left the dealership, I had a new engine, solenoid valve, motor mounts, and something else electrical that I don't know. Also, I think they washed it too. What did it cost me? $128. Thanks so much to Neil! Munday everyday! more

Great Service 12/14/2010

Great Service: I worked with a service agent by the name of Joe. Told him I was inbetween jobs, and if he could hold the costs down. He kept his promise, making it affordable, while fixing the car beyond what was even needed. Best service we've had in memory, and would go back again, and possibly, to upgrade to a newer car. more

Give Don a call and you'll love the Mazda. 12/2/2010

I just want anyone who see's the Yahoo review area to know about my experience with Munday Mazda. My daughter was in an accident a month ago and totalled her Cavalier. We were lucky that she did not have major injuries. Well, the replacement process began and after considering several brands, we stopped at Munday Mazda and it was a night and day experience. Working with salespeople has always been difficult for us. But Don Anderson was the best. I'll always recommend him to my friends and family. The service department has been great. Give Don a call and you'll love the Mazda. more
