Took my 2002 Mercedes E320 there to check out a fluid/oil leak that was happening. Chuck, my mechanic, took excellent care of my car and returned her to me looking better than when I left. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. Chuck even called me a week later to check up on how my car was running and if everything was in order. more

Quick response to problems and quality maintenance and repair 11/22/2016

The engine light came on. I took the car directly to Import Auto. I got in right away and, within an hour, the fuel pump relay was replaced. Efficiency! Care! Expertise! Quality work! more

Paintless dent repair 10/17/2016

Josh, who did our paintless dent repair on our 2000 Porsche Boxster S was the best and very fast. I cannot see where the dents used to be, even though they were very small. Excellent workmanship! more

Coolant system leak 9/26/2016

My vehicle's cooling system popped a leak in the plastic thermostat housing, and MIC had the parts ordered and the problem fixed the next day. As usual, an excellent experience from Amy, Jerry and the techs. Thanks! more

The leather work is very good. However, Not communicating the seat pan situation and clearly letting me know that nothing was going to be done on the pans to refinish them is shocking!! I will send you photos of my newly recovered seats with the pans having been dipped in something and nothing done after that to clean or paint the pans. very frustrating. Elmer more

Expertise, friendliness, dependability, history of competence and support 3/2/2016

As could be predicted, the service was efficient, completed in timely fashion, and expertly completed. As soon as I arrived, the car was driven and checked and moved into the garage for service. I stayed and was comfortable waiting for the car to be finished. It was cleaned, before I got it. Wonderful experience! more
