Carolyn,\r We tried to explain to you that we were unable to refund your money for cancelled product until the payoff on your vehicle was completed by another dealership. Often times our hands are tied while we wait for a 3rd party to complete their process. However, there are procedures that must be followed which, in turn, may become frustrating to our customers. The necessary paperwork was finally completed by the other dealership so we were able to issue a refund check to you as of July 7th. \r more

ABSOLUTELY the WORST!!! In every way - Do not stand behind their products, service department very sarcastic & unwilling to help. When I called with a problem, Shawn Marx, actually hung up on me when I told him that their customer service was the worst & this was one of the reasons we totally left Ford after 15 years of being dedicated customers. So think twice before going there, because once you are out the door, you are literally out the door!!! more

I purchased a used Ford -2004 F150 from Mullinax Ford. I loved the truck! I came back because the service was great. The process was fast, once I figured out what I wanted. I bought a new Ford 2008 F150. I loved the White Cashmere color on the truck. No longer having a need for a truck, I am now driving a convertible Mustang, V8, 5spd and it is so much fun! I love this place! more

Rust on a new car 12/27/2011

I bought my Mustang 2011 GT California Special back on Sept 2010. Since the first day I found that this people lied to me on financing. After a drove my car of the lot (three months later) I find my whole drive train covered with rust and I complained and they didn't care about it. I paid over 40,000 dollars out the door for rusty car. I called them hundreds of times with any positive response for a loyal customer. Finally today I traded for a Mercedes Benz and I never will buy again a Ford product. If you buy a car for $40,000 you don't expect rust in your car. Pros: null Cons: null more
