We really liked Mt. Fuji. The presenation of our orders was really nice, better than I've experienced at any sushi bar in recent memory (in Durham, CH, Ral). The service was a little disappointing, our plates arrived a few minutes apart, but we'll chalk that up to bad luck.
Pricing, a few reviews have complained about the prices. But I thought that they were reasonable. Consider this: A WholeFood sampler costs $13. The Mt. Fuji nigiri sampler was $16. The prices are similar but I kind of wanted to take a picture of my plate at Fuji.
Pros: quality, price, location
