This place is dangerous! Do not go here! \r \r I had a massage and facial at M's. I've had better massages. The facial was the worst I ever had! I ended up with a chemical burn and oozing open wounds on my face that could lead to permanent scarring and pigmentation! \r \r I have had facials almost every month for years and I have never been in so much pain during and afterwards, even with lasers and peels. This was just a simple cleansing facial! \r \r The facialist over-scubbed and over-exfoliated my face resulting in a severe sunburn/windburn feeling. Towards the end of the treatment I was pulling my face away in pain since every touch hurt. I use the same product line at home, so my experience was NOT a reaction to the products.\r \r I could not sleep that night because my face was on fire. My face was still on fire the next morning and felt horribly tight and was painful to make facial expressions. I also have oozing open wounds. I contacted the owner for a refund, which she gave me weeks later after I asked for it three times. I will never return here or recommend it to anyone. \r more

I had pinched a nerve in my back which caused me excruciating pain that ran down my arm. I went to two doctors, a chiropractor, and had 5 cortisone shots in my shoulder, but NOTHING was cutting the pain. I made an appointment with a massage therapist named Seika. She worked with me, gave me a great massage, and told me not to expect any big changes in relief for a day or so. She was right. A day and a half later, I awoke with virtually no pain in my arm and shoulder and haven't had any pain there since. She is obviously very knowledgeable in pain therapy. I recommend her to everyone who has serious back and neck pain. more

Ok, I got this deal from online for my husband on father's day...I just booked his opp for an hour massage, shampoo w haircut, glass of wine. He arrives there and get his massage for less then an hour, and when it was time for haircut, the young girl didn't even shampoo his hair and hardly gave him a haircut. At the end she told him they were out of gel, i mean comeon a salon is out of gel....On top of that he never received his glass of wine they advertize for. This place was not professional and they must of mention to him that the deal he got was worth $150 value for $40. Seriously who gives a crab how much was the deal, a service is service and I or any member of my family or friends will NOT be refer there. I Live in Newport coast and know alot of people around this area, be sure that i will advertize for your salon just as well as you guys took care of my husband. This was supppose to be a gift for him to enjoy , not to go back somewhere the next day for a real haircut. Never again with this place. Not even one star rating is worth this service more

I would have to say that Amy gives one of the best facials in Orange County! My skin was glowing after and really enjoyed the entire experience with her! She is a true professional!!! more

Ok, so I don't usually post reviews of any kind, about anything. Just signing up to become a member of anything is tedious for me, but my better half listened to me talk about my experience at M's and pretty much ordered me to write a review. So, here it is. The place is cool, there's music playing that actually doesn't sound like elevator background hum or the soundtrack to some dancing queen diva musical, coffee, cool art pieces on the walls (I think some are for sale - correct me if I'm wrong), and the place is full of people who are lively (there's always great banter going on), friendly, accommodating and who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! My appointment was with Mercedes and she made some great suggestions as to what would work and look best after I said 'I want something like this!' - pointing to some random picture in one of the many magazines laying on the shelf. I didn't really know what I wanted, but I know now and I'll be going back to M's again. I went in feeling unsure, and left feeling good about myself after having had a good laugh along the way. Trust is often hard to come by these days, but I trust Mercedes and the staff at M's and I'm looking forward to heading back in a couple of weeks. more

I was in search of someone to prepare my hair for my wedding day when chatting to my best friend she recommended Randi at M's Boutique in Corona del Mar. My regular stylist although excellent I was looking for something alittle different. Randi was very open to showing me different looks and gave me some great ideas on how to have it pulled up with outu loking harsh. Very nice service. more

This salon is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Dianna. She cut my hair just the way I wanted it-only a trim not taking too much off-and she took her time styling it, having me walk out of the salon feeling and looking great. I recommend M's Boutique and Dianna Dunn for all your hair care needs 1000%!! :) Pros: friendly staff, stylish and cute Cons: None! more

This past year has been a little rougher then others, and I have had little time to take care of myself. A friend was talking about a new hair salon that had opened near my home and I decided to take a look. Pros: An amazing staff that understands your hair needs. Cons: None!! I wish I would have found Dianna years ago!! more

I will only let Mercedes touch my hair! I've been going to Mercedes for a while, she definitely has an eye for color. She can do any color or hairstyle and I love her work. Mercedes takes pride in what she does and makes sure her clients leave looking like a rockstar. All of the girls in the salon are friendly and very welcoming. Although it is in Corona Del Mar, neither the salon nor people who work there are stuffy. I enjoy getting my hair done at M's while relaxing in the chair sipping on some wine (that's one of my fav's). Pros: Great stylist & color more

I had a great experience at M's Salon and Botique. The place is in a fabulous location and the owner, Merceded knows her stuff. I have been seeing the same hairdresser for 7 years and reluctantly made a change and I am so happy I did!!! She did highlights and a cut and my hair came out beautifully!!! I will be returning soon to have it straitened and will continue to see Mercedes at M's every six weeks. You should absolutely come out and see this salon - the decorations are amazing and done in very good taste. I can't wait to go back!!! Also, the prices are quite resonable to boot!!! And there is a parking structure so I didn't have to park on the street (which is free). I say give M's a try and you will not regret it! I heard about M's from a friend and decided to check it out. I am so glad that i went! These women really know what they are doing, and gave me some of the best service i have ever had. If you love walking out of the salon looking amazing, you'll love M's beauty boutique. I got a Yuko straightening done, and my hair felt healthier than when i first walked in! I am so glad that this new salon is open, i am going to tell my friends and family and hope they can make it in. I know they will have as great an experience as i did!!! One word to say when talking about M's Beauty Boutique, and that word is WOW!! I heard about the salon from a friend and it lived up to exactly what she said. They are just so sweet and welcoming and make you feel like family. These women are not just socialites, my hair turned out amazing. I couldnt be happier with my cut and color. M's Beauty Boutique definately gained a new client who isn't going anywhere for quite some time. Thank you thank you thank you!!! This new place is great.. I happen to stumble across it while eating at the summer house in corona del mar. Boy was I thrilled. The owner was so wonderful and her staff made me feel right at home. Not to mention how happy I was with my hair. It's been a while since someone with this type of vision and style has come to my town. For ever grateful!!!!!!
