Ok, so I don't usually post reviews of any kind, about anything. Just signing up to become a member of anything is tedious for me, but my better half listened to me talk about my experience at M's and pretty much ordered me to write a review. So, here it is. The place is cool, there's music playing that actually doesn't sound like elevator background hum or the soundtrack to some dancing queen diva musical, coffee, cool art pieces on the walls (I think some are for sale - correct me if I'm wrong), and the place is full of people who are lively (there's always great banter going on), friendly, accommodating and who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! My appointment was with Mercedes and she made some great suggestions as to what would work and look best after I said 'I want something like this!' - pointing to some random picture in one of the many magazines laying on the shelf. I didn't really know what I wanted, but I know now and I'll be going back to M's again. I went in feeling unsure, and left feeling good about myself after having had a good laugh along the way. Trust is often hard to come by these days, but I trust Mercedes and the staff at M's and I'm looking forward to heading back in a couple of weeks.
