Mrs Jones Boudoir

I stopped in on my 55th Birthday with four of my closest friends...they were going to purchase me a new bra. The shop was under construction, but we had already decided to go there after lunch. We were in the shop and I asked for help.....DIDN'T GET IT . We were told there was no one to help us and asked to leave. One of the young clerks made a sorrowful face...as if to say..sorry I can't help you. They were getting ready for some kind of photo shoot .THE MRS. was barking orders like a outraged manic.....they had many items on a rolling-rack and that seemed to take precedence. We had been in the store for about 5-10 minutes before we were told no one could help us. THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD (2.5 years ago) RATING IS NEGATIVE 10 NOT THE 1 THAT SHOWS.. I went to Mrs. Jones Boudoir for the first time in July and I still love everything I got that day. The pieces I bought are all first class and so was the customer service. I had the most professional fitting and ended up with everything in the perfect size. The salesgirl was kind, helpful and totally knew what she was doing. I can't believe that the person below me went to the same Mrs. Jones Boudoir that I do! I usually don't post on these kinds of things, but I had to to set the record straight. I've shopped at Mrs. Jones at least a half dozen times in the last couple of years and have always come away smiling. I'm usually there for the basics- bras and undies- but when I wanted to splurge on something frilly from France the ladies in the shop were terrific and gave me an expert fitting while they waited on me hand and foot! Much more interesting selection here than at the mall for sure. Worth the trip and highly recommended! more

I received a gift from this store and went to return/exchange it... the sales lady was rude and was not helpful at all. Even with all tags attached and a receipt, she would not accept a return or an exchange! That is absolutely ridiculous not to be allowed to even exchange an item??? How can you expect to give a gift to someone knowing if it doesn't fit - they are stuck with it. I will never go back - and will make sure to tell my friends not to waste their money!!!!!!!!!
