I and father in law had horrible dealings with this place. Welcome to try, meet the owner and you will immediately sense something is wrong. Meet more people with bad service there.\r \r Looks like a family or friend gave this transmission store flying colors. Dishonest and cheap trick by owner wouldn't you say? I and people in general read reviews for a truthful opinion, not a biased one. more

I am all about customer service and I could never have found a better place to work with! I took my car to Mr. Transmission because it was shifting improperly. They kept it to determine the problem and the owner of the company took me the 12 miles to my home. As this is my only vehicle they referred me to a car rental company that gave me a very good discount. The transmission need to be rebuilt and they completed the work even quicker than projected to save me on rental costs. Even when I needed assistance with financing the repairs they helped me find that. I cannot give a high enough praise for this team and will continually refer others. Thank you! Dale R. more

Could not find any negative reviews before I went to this place. Believe me, I did not want to take it to a random place.\r First warning sign was how long it took to replace transmission. After ready had to turn around again within minutes since it was shifting badly. Claimed they took it for test drive. Month later fluid was seeping out weep hole - Overfilled fluid. 6 months into this and they had to fix for another week. Last but least - Went out again 1 month after warranty expired and they would not honor. Doesn't that stink.\r Lesson - A fool and his money will soon depart. Everybody wants every penny you make. more

Our Truck transmission blew a seal and i called early in the morning and the employees there helped me through our trouble and we got our truck in their shop and 2 days later it was done, and runs amazing! Love the hospitality and kindness they all share~thanks Couldn't ask for better care! more

Excellent and quick 11/29/2005

The transmission on my wife's van went out. I called Mr. Transmission and the secretary was very helpful. I towed the car in and in just a few days it was ready. They were great! more
