I needed 4 tires bad I have to make a road trip to California due to the fact this hurricane destroyed everything I have. It was nice to see Mr. Tires was open Andi gave me the great customer service I always have got. Her mechanics jumped right on my car and had my tires done in no time. I have to say with the devastation that has happened to this area its nice to be treated so well I will keep each and every one of you in my prayers. Thanks Andi and team for such a great job. more

On all days we needed tires to leave town for a hurricane. I have to say I was shocked that Mr. Tires was open. Even being as busy as they were they got us right in and understood we were trying to leave. Came in for some tires and I have to say every aspect of my visit was more then a 5 star rating. Mr. Tires of New Bern really knows how to take care of its customers. From the moment I walked in Adam and Andi did a great job listening to my wants and worked with me on what I could afford. As I waited for my car to be done I watched the mechanic working hard on my car. These guys know how to hustle. This is the first time I have ever sat in a waiting room were they had things for my grand daughter to play with which made the wait time even better. On top of this I was extremely impressed with how clean this place was I mean for a garage there waiting room and bathroom were extremely clean. 5 stars isn't enough for the level of service this place gave me. My truck is my life without it I cant work. Mr. Tire is my go to place for everything I need done. They have never let me down they always get my truck in and out and they have always been able to work around my schedule. Great group of people. more

My husband and I were having really bad brake problems with our car so we took it to Mr. Tire. What a great staff Andi did everything she could to work with us on getting everything replaced. As we were sitting there she told us the parts we needed weren't available today and she was quick to offer us a ride home. Not only did they take us home but throughout the day they called us and told us what was going on and when it was expected for the car to be done. Mr. Tire did a great job making us feel welcome and treated us like family. I have never ever had a garage offer me a ride before and ever call me with updates I loved that. When our car was completed they even came back and picked us up. Adam did a great job telling and showing us what was done. The car drives great and we feel safe in it again.
