My husband and I were having really bad brake problems with our car so we took it to Mr. Tire. What a great staff Andi did everything she could to work with us on getting everything replaced. As we were sitting there she told us the parts we needed weren't available today and she was quick to offer us a ride home. Not only did they take us home but throughout the day they called us and told us what was going on and when it was expected for the car to be done.
Mr. Tire did a great job making us feel welcome and treated us like family. I have never ever had a garage offer me a ride before and ever call me with updates I loved that.
When our car was completed they even came back and picked us up. Adam did a great job telling and showing us what was done. The car drives great and we feel safe in it again.
Thank you for treating us so good and for the respect and personal attention.
