Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

What can I say other than DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE.I recently had an issue with my car and I took it there,only because it was not drivable to any other location including my mechanic. I spoke to one of ther service guys regarding the issue with my car. WITHOUT even bringing my car into the service area and lifting up the hood, he diagnoses the problem. Long story short, it wasn't what he told me it was and when I drove my car off of their lot $292 later, I didn't even get one block away when my car started doing the exact same thing.So I take it back and they replace something else free of charge and I drive it off and AGAIN,same issue. Take it back. Lastly they replace another part and tell me its still acting up and we don't know what it is.Drive it off, and EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I was so frustrated and just wanted to get it to my mechanic.I get it home after an hour and a half, and my boyfriend looks in the overflow resevoir only to find the WRONG coolant in the resevoir. If i could give no stars i would....This place is a total rip off! First off I made an appt. at 10am, i get there and they say come back at 1 LIKE HELLO I HAD AN APPT. DO YOU NO WHAT AN APPT. MEANS?? Came back at 1 and waited till 4pm till they finally started working on my car then when they got done a hour and a half later they try and say it will cost 700 dollars for everything to be fixed hahahaha what a joke SEE YA LATER! walked out and got 2 second opinions150 dollars later im good! What they said was wrong with my car was a TOTAL LIE! Then they were mad because i wasnt going to get my car done there ARE YOU SERIOUS???? MR TIRE = BIGGEST RIP OFF! Bad service, takes forever, rude, dirty, filthy disgusting place. I called to talk to a manager and of course all he did was defend his employees which i thought he would which means OVERALL BAD SERVICE AND NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LIEING THIEVES! He said bring ur car in and ill show you, show me??? show me how u rip people off? I wont waste anymore time on them!!! Cant get over on this GIRL!!! more

Don't be fooled by what their employees post on here for reviews. Horrible service and with ignorance to match. It's a wonder they even qualify as mechanics in the first place. With the economy the way it is, I could hire 10 new mechanics that would appreciate the job, DO IT RIGHT, and smile while doing it.\r \r Going to this location in Broomall PA is at your own risk! So don't be surprised when your vehicle is all screwed up when they're done.\r \r I could write a novel on what I had to deal with because of these guys and the lack of responsibility on their part.\r \r Never thought getting an oil change and new tires could create so many problems. My two year old son could have done a better job, without half the damage.\r \r Again, save yourself the money. If you can't do the work yourself or don't have time, you're better off going to even a Jiffy Lube... and that's saying a lot.\r \r You don't have to take my word for it either, do a google search to see what these guys are really abo more
