Mr. Slicks is hands down the best little garage in town! Gilbert clearly takes pride in his work, the service is always friendly and the workmanship is top notch. Superior CS and they truly go out of their way to help. When's the last time your mechanic sent someone to Radio Shack in search of a special bulb for your car, so you can avoid buying an entire assembly and ultimately save $$?? These guys were referred to me by a local car buff. I can see why :) more

I've been a customer of Mr. Slicks for over 15 years. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Tom, the owner and his staff are honest and reliable. They go the extra mile to explain to you the problem (for me in blonde girl english) and what needs to be done to fix it. Mr. Slicks takes the time to shop the best prices for you on a part and strive to get the job done right. Mr. Slicks gives personal attention. They are the closest thing to a mom and pop shop that I've found. I send my family and friends to Mr. Slicks as I rest easy knowing that they won't get ripped off by a sleazy, dishonest mechanic. You won't find any luxurious waiting rooms but there are many places in the area to grab a bite or to window shop. went for a smog check. needed some sensors to make it pass. paid alot of money to get it to pass. still failed. paid more money for something else. still failed. too somewhere else. they left one sensor unplugged and didn't even put on a sensor they sold me. i'm seeing my attorney now. i'll never go there agian. Cons: they don't do what they say more
