Solved problem 11/23/2010

I had a valve leak a few hours before having to go out of town, and Eugene was able to find the parts for my water meter and fix it the same day, allowing me not to have to move my travel arrangements. I sincerely appreciate his going the extra mile (literally, since he had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the part) to resolve the problem quickly. more

The crew (Brian, Jimmy and Curt) did an excellent job of diagnosing my sewer problem and answering my questions. I really appreciated their honesty and not trying to sell me services that I didn't need. I'll definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone I know that needs plumbing service. more

Mike's expertise in the removal of some very difficult roots in my main drain pipe gave me a sense of great relief and peace of mind! I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. Awesome!! Very informative 9/15/2010

My husband and I have been struggling with our plumbing for awhile but dreaded the thought of hiring a plumber. We haven't had very good experiences in the past. We are so glad now that we called Mr. Rooter. Ryan R. was our technician, and he was awesome!! He explained everything to us first and let us know exactly how much it would cost. Ryan's polite and professional work has really impressed us. more

They were prompt, successful in diagnosing the problem and disposing of it in a timely matter, and even provided a free camera inspection of all the lines in my home, which gave me a good view of where all my old cast-iron pipes stand. more

Plumbers were very nice! 2/17/2010

recently was notified by the water company that I had a leak (boy is that scary) I called my property management company and they sent a plumber from Mr. Rooter to my house same day, without an 'extra' fee. The plumber was very nice, friendly, and professional and took care of my leak. Plumbers are always expensive but after the no charge estimate, he gave me member rate price and took a good percentage off my total. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter Plumbing for any return visits. R.Lopez more

The guys at Mr. Rooter have come out with little notice to rescue me on more than one occasion. They never charge me for unnecessary work, and always try to find the most economical way to fix my problem. They show me options, and allow me to decide how I want them to proceed before doing the work, and once they start, the work is done in no time. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.? more

My mother and I have used Mr. Rooter Plumbing on two occasions and could not have been more pleased with their work. Martin was highly professional, friendly, took the time to explain what was taking place, and left the premises in the same condition as he found it.
