I was distraught and panicing when my water heater started flooding in my laundry room and into my kitchen, I called Mr. Rooter and they came immediately and got the water shut off and replaced the water heater quickly. They were exceptionally clean & neat. I will use and recommend them. more

I inquired by email for plumbing service. Donna called me less than 1 minute after to offer services. This was at 4pm and the technition was here before 6pm. He was very helpful even though this was at the end of his day. He showed me that it was a simple problem and not what TWO other companies told me it would be over the phone! Job was done fast and at a very reasonable price. more

I called @ 0900 on a Sunday morning to request a plumber. The person I spoke with said that the guy in my area was on a job and sould be over within an hour. She took my information & that was that. About 5 hours later I called back. The girl in the office apologized for not getting in touch with me; the other job had apparently gone south. She said she should have called me. I agree; she should have. While I was on hold she called the plumber in the field & then she came back on & told me he was en route to my house. When Dan showed up, he was extremely courteous & professional. He put booties on his shoes before he came in, which I appreciated; it seemed like a good indicator of a professional. Dan came in, I showed him the problem & told him what steps I'd taken already. He reassurred me that I'd done exactly the right things before calling, which was a relief. (I'm not particularly knowledgeable about plumbing. In fact - I know nothing.) Dan looked up the repair estimate in his book. ($185), then got started. Total repair time: 25 minutes. He then went out to his van to wait for the glue on the joints to cure. I went online & sent some emails. While waiting, I heard water start running in the toilet tanks. Dan came in & asked me to watch the repair while I switched on the hot-water valve. There was a little drip, which I showed in; turned out to be a loosened nut. In addition to the repair, Dan noticed that the faucet fixture to the kitchen sink was loose. He fixed that, made several adjustments until it was just as I preferred. This was done for no charge; I got the feeling that Dan just couldn't walk away from a sink that wasn't completely fixed even if the extra repair was outside of the original scope of the job. All in all, Dan was thorough, courteous, and professional. A great job from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair & the conduct of the plumber who did the work. Company did an outstanding job! My toilet backed up I called mr rooter and within the hour they were at my house. They were professional and left my bathroom spotless. THE NSTALLER JOHNNIE WAS POLITE. I HAD PURCHASED A NEW TOILET AND TRIED TO INSTALL IT MYSELF AND COULDN'T GET IT TO STOP LEAKING. HE DIDN'T ADD TO MY FRUSTRATION AFTER I EXPLAINED WHAT I HAD DONE TO THE TOILET HE NOW HAD TO REMOVE. TURNS OUT I HAD CRACKED THE TOILET WHEN TRYING TO INSTALL IT BY FAILING TO SHIM IT PROPERLY AND OVER TIGHTENING THE HOLD DOWN NUTS. HE SAID I HAD DONE EVERYTHING RIGHT BUT THAT. ANYWAY, HE WAITED WHILE I RAN TO TO STORE TO BUY A NEW TOILET AND INSTALLED IT FOR ME. more

I am the maintenance manager for a high class martini lounge in Fort Lauderdale, FL. When I started 2 years ago, we were still using the same company that installed our restrooms during the original construction. I only had to use them on one service call, to find out that they were useless and over-priced. I have now had nothing but the best service, especially since our establishment operates late hours. Of all the 24/7 businesses I contacted on a Sunday afternoon, Mr. Rooter was the only one who would come out to my house that day. The plumbers were friendly, respectful and explained everything they were doing. It ended up that they had to come back two more times because my plumbing problems were far more serious than I thought. They fixed everything quickly, cleaned up and made sure I was satisified before they left. I will definitely call on them again if and when the time comes that I need a plumber! more

First job they did was very difficult. Had other plumbing firm try doing it but they only got it half right. Mr. Rooter completed the job and got it fixed so our drains worked completely. Also installed new faucets in our laundry room that were frozen up. New faucets installed and look great. Very pleased with excellent service. more
