mr rooter is a sham 4/28/2011

for those of you that are pleased now....I was pleased too....like an idiot for 4 years until I realized I was being ripped off and the quality of work was horrible! You can't see what they do under your house. It isn't until you get a plumber that shows you with a camera how bad the job mr rooter did that you realize what a sucker you have been. I have given this company thousands, THOUSANDS of dollars just to need to have everything they did replaced. If you are smart you will find another company more

I spend all day trying to root a clog in the kitchen sink sewage line to no avail. I call Mr. Rooter Plumbing after finding a drain cleaning coupon online. The dispatcher takes my call and handles every detail of my appointment. I schedule for an afternoon service call for the next available day. more

I was a human resources manager for 30 years, but I don't think I can teach you anything about hiring staff. The crew (Brian, Jimmy and Curt) did an excellent job of diagnosing my sewer problem and answering my questions. I really appreciated their honesty and not trying to sell me services that I didn't need. I'll definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone I know that needs plumbing service. more

This is the second time we've used Mr. Rooter…Both service calls were during off-hours. Kevin has been awesome both times and has never hesitated to clearly explain what the problem is and how to fix it. He also has taken the time to "teach" me something about my home. more

My husband and I have been struggling with our plumbing for awhile but dreaded the thought of hiring a plumber. We haven't had very good experiences in the past. We are so glad now that we called Mr. Rooter. Ryan R. was our technician, and he was awesome!! He explained everything to us first and let us know exactly how much it would cost. Ryan's polite and professional work has really impressed us. more

positive and professional manner 3/7/2011

Last week we had a major plumbing problem at our residence. The entire experience was made much more bearable by the knowledge, attitude and quick work done by your employees, especially Eugene. His courteous manner and obvious competence was much appreciated. We noticed the little things like wearing shoe covers into our home, using mats when working on the porch area, and making sure the dirt dug up did not make the yard look like a landscape project gone wrong. I will highly recommend you to our friends and neighbors for both price and service. Please give thanks to Eugene again on our behalf and know that he represents your company in a very positive and professional manner. more

This was our first experience with Mr. Rooter and it was a very good one. When we called for a quote, Daniel came by promptly, assessed the situation quickly and patiently answered all our questions. Upon returning to complete the labor, he was thorough. I am a minister, and as such, am somewhat prominent in the community. I've already given quite a bit of word-of-mouth advertising that I hope pays dividends on your part. more
