Pleasant Experience 8/20/2013

This is my 3rd roof with Mr roof in 20 years. My second in 10 years. I dealt with shelly and she was great each time and very pleasant to work with. she knows her stuff and I would ask for her if you need an estimate. I liked that they have their own shingle brand and if I have a problem I can call one person to fix though I do not expect to have problems. the colors that they showed me were hard to choose from so I asked for addresses to look at and that helped me make up my mind. I went with weathered wood and it looks great. more

I liked the fact that Mr Roof came to my house with options. I liked all of their products and felt that they were very forthcoming with the pros and cons of each system. more

They were here on time,did a good job,and told us about mold in the family room which we would not have known if we didn't have the roof redone. more

Wonderful Experience 6/15/2013

I liked the product when we first got the consultation. I also liked that they did the work in one day.They had to come back out because I couldn't swing my doors open but they gladly fixed it promptly. more
