I cannot begin to tell you how great this company is! They are a true diamond out there in the midst of all the other plumbing companies! You will not be disappointed by these group of professionals, who won't let you down!\r \r My hot water heater went out at my new rental property and these guys came to my rescue! Steve was the best to talk to and gave me a great deal! Please ladies & gentlemen, these guys will not rip you off, which is the first thing I know runs through your mind! Am I paying too much! \r \r I was referred to this company from my boss, and was the best call I made when it comes to plumbing! If you have ANY plumbing issue do yourself a favor and call Mr. Plumber FIRST!! 913.238.0378. He literally just saved me $1,341.00. \r \r I called Mr. Plumber at 6:30pm tonight with a major emergency, I own a home in KC that I am renting to two girls (I live in Atlanta), the girls texted me a picture of 4 inches of sewage water standing in my basement and said there was no hot water. I knew that the main sewer line was clogged and needed to be snaked as this had happened 1 time before. \r \r I called 14 different companies who couldn't or wouldn't help me. I had 3 companies give me estimates, the lowest bid I got was a $79 service fee + $275 minimum to pump +$119 to snake the drain + an additional $119 to come back and relight the water heater that's $592. Another wanted $1,500 just to pump and ""clean"" the basment leaving the drain clogged. \r \r Luckily I stumbled upon Mr. Plumber's website. I called, I explained the problem and the first things he said... WE CAN FIX IT NO PROBLEM, No other company had told me that! Mr. Plumber snaked the drain, cleaned the basement floor, took apart the water heater, cleaned it and relit the pilot light AT 8:30PM ON A MONDAY NIGHT for $159 TOTAL!! No after hours charge, no ""evaluation"" fee, no bs! If you own a home in the KC Metro, WRITE HIS NUMBER DOWN NOW and call him for any plumbing need. more
