I called in Mr. Handyman of Huntsville to do some repair work for my master bathroom. They were quick--when I called to schedule, they were able to give me a time the very next day. The technician who came was very professional and pleasant. They performed exactly as the quote they had given me, and the technician just overall did a great job. This was my first time using them, but I'd call them back if I needed to again. more

Far surpassed my expectations. The worker, Bill showed up on time exactly, the work van was clean and well marked. He did not waste any time getting to work and he worked steadily for 2 hours. I thought the job was going to take 3 hours but he finished quickly with a few minutes to spare. He then asked if there was anything I needed done since I had 15 minutes left! I had spoken to the owner when I called to schedule the work, he too was polite and direct. On the phone and in person they were very up front about the cost. This is the first time I have ever used such a service...I don't do heights... but I will use them again. Found out that each employee is background checked and drug tested. I highly I recommend them. more

I had a problem with a leak in my roof into my kitchen with actual water dripping into my kitchen, so I gave the guys over at Mr. Handyman of Huntsville a call. The guy that came out could not figure out where the problem was and how to fix it. He tried to get into my attic space to look at it, but just ended up putting a little silicon on the roof area. All in all for one hour of work they charged me $218 which I thought was crazy but did not say anything. I will not be calling these guys again that is for sure. RESPONSE FROM Mr. Handyman of Huntsville: After investigating the scope of work & talking with our technician that completed the service for Mr. Norris I written my response to his rating. Mr. Handyman has been to Mr. Norris home on several occasions to work on the leaking issue. On 4/1/2016 we were scheduled to evaluate a leak issue, we evaluated the problem, Mr. Norris gutters were full on leaves and had caused water to run back into his house, his fascia board & soffit was rotted and we repaired. Mr. Norris called us back out on 8/3/2016 for similar issue. We assessed the problem, gave him an estimate for repairs @ $65.00 & he declined to have the repairs done. Mr. Norris called back and setup service for 12/30/2016 with same issue. The technician discussed the method of repairs and he ask our technician just to caulk for now. We have been out to make the repairs several time, however, Mr. Norris just wants to put Band-Aids on the problem. Don't know much more that Mr. Handyman could've done for Mr. Norris. more

I called in Mr. Handyman of Huntsville to fix a couple of storm doors at my house. They arrived on time and had the work done within one hour. It was just one guy and he was pretty efficient. He seemed to know what he was doing. I was very satisfied with them. I would definitely recommend them, and in fact, kept some extra business cards from them for that very reason. more

I just have to say that the guys over at Mr. Handyman of Huntsville are really great. They took really good care of me and the projects that I needed done around my house. The guy who did the work for me showed up on time and was able to knock out each project one after the other which was great. I have had no issues since the work was done and so I have no complaints. Would definitely recommend them. more

The guy that came out to do the work for me from Mr. Handyman of Huntsville did a truly incredible job. He was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. The only reason that I did not give them five stars across the board is because they did not schedule me properly the first time and had to reschedule. Other than that though everything was excellent and I will definitely be using these guys again. more

Prior to contacting Mr. Handyman of Huntsville to come out to fix our double doors; we had another company who did a poor job on our double doors. After receiving some coupons in the mail from Mr. Handyman of Huntsville we decided to give them a try. The technician did an excellent job with completing the job the other company started. However, the only downside to my experience is their failure to honor the coupons for their service. Other than that I thought the service was great. more

Mr. Handyman of Huntsville they did a good job and they worked hard but there was a disagreement about some damage in the portal they were supposed to come out and give me an estimate and I talked to the guy and they never even called back. It doesn't matter now, they denied the damage and they didn't even bother to call back or anything like that. The job that they did was OK but he said they would give me a price and then they said they would use a different machine for the job and said they were going to charge me more money for using that machine. If they have a machine I shouldn't have to pay for their machine. So, the machine did a good job and they said it would take more hours to do it without it and that was kind of turn you off for me. I called them and sent pictures of what i thought was damaged by them and whether it was or it wasn't is up in the air. They said they would give an estimate for the piece of aluminium but never called me back. RESPONSE FROM Mr. Handyman of Huntsville: Mr. Handyman charges an equipment fee to use our equipment, the charge is for the maintenance needed to keep the equipment in good working condition. more

The man who came out to my home from Mr. Handyman of Huntsville was very good. I had a bunch of things that I wanted done and he was able to take care of all of it for me. He worked very hard and got everything done in one day which really surprised me. The price was good and the whole experience was just really easy so it was very good. more

Mr. Handyman of Huntsville did a wonderful job at repairing my deck. It took the guy about 3 days to start and to finish the project. I had found out about them from advertisement through the mail. I thought their prices were really high. Nevertheless, besides the high cost I don't have any complaints about the kind of service I had received. The technician was professional and on time. more

They completed everything that I asked them to complete with no issues or hang ups. I have no complaint with their service or the quality of their work. What I really like about the people over at Mr. Handyman of Huntsville is that they pretty much do everything you need them to do. They are honest and upfront with everything from the work that needs to be done to the cost. They are very prompt as well which is great. They do quality work and at a very reasonable price so I have nothing I can really complain about! more

I have used Mr. Handyman of Huntsville on a few occasions. This last time I had him come out because I had some soffit that was rotted out and there were squirrels and things getting up inside of it. They have always given me good service. The people they send over are very friendly and do a good job. I would recommend them to other people. I will use them again. more

I heard about Mr. Handyman of Huntsville from a commercial. I hired them to replaced the wood on my deck and it looks wonderful; I am happy with the results. The technicians take pride in their work; and they are always on time. more

I called them to undo and redo a complete mess another handyman did on my property. I was in a bind because it needed to be finished by today. They arrived on time and worked really hard. From what I've been dealing with, it was a pleasure to finally have someone doing things right. If you want things done cheap, you end up paying twice like I did. I will call them first next time! The guy that came out to our home from Mr. Handyman of Huntsville was very friendly and good with what we had him do. The thing that I really liked that was probably the most important to me though was that he was very time efficient. You could tell he was not trying to milk the clock at all. He got in and got what he needed to done and then was on his way with everything fixed. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to call these guys again in the future. more

What I liked most about the guy from Mr. Handyman of Huntsville is that he was a true professional. He showed up right on time just like he said he would and then had me show him where everything that I wanted done was. He explained to me what he was going to do just that I would be on the same page which I really appreciated.
