I'm sure they are good at something, its just NOT customer service or auto glass replacement... I had my windshield replaced a few months back, at the time of pick-up there were shards of glass all over my front seat, I was bothered but just cleaned it up and went on....the thing that really got me was that the windshield broke again FROM THE INSIDE, noting a installation error. Now they won't replace my glass and want to charge me! more
