Out of all the service firms I've felt with in Maricopa (in 2.5yrs) dealing with Mr. Electric was the most pleasant experience that I've experienced. Jim Baker was extremely knowledgeable and offered wonderful suggestions for my home. Great personality. I'm looking forward to having him back in my home to do some more upgrades that we discussed this evening. Totally satisfied!1! more

We went through Home Depot to find an electrician to install recessed lighting in our home. The service in the office was great--Jennifer & Shaun were extremely helpful. Robert, the electrician, was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job installing our lights. I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric and Robert for any electrical installs. more

I found Mr. Electric through Home Depot as a a recommended installer for our new ceiling fan. The electrician who arrived was James Oth, he was pleasant and efficient. A day or two after the fan was installed it began to make a clicking noise. James happily came back out to fix the problem, but determined that it was an issue not with install or balancing, but in the fan itself...something in the motor is clicking. James himself and also Tiffany in the office put in a great deal of time and many phone calls to Home Depot working to get me coverage for the removal of this fan and re-install of a different one so I would not have to pay double for installation. They called me daily with updates on their progress with Home Depot customer service and took care of everything. Home Depot agreed to cover the re-install (thank you Home Depot!) and my new fan should be up within the week. I've already recommended Mr. Electric to a friend and will request James out in the future for more work in my home. more

The service provided by your location in Tempe, AZ -specifically Tom S.- was simply outstanding. Expert work, he checked with me regarding final placement each time before drilling holes (recessed lighting in several rooms) and not only was your quote better than the guy recommended by "Rosie on the House", the other guy said there would definitely be drywall damage (holes in my walls) that I would need to hire someone else to repair, but YOUR guy left no damage whatsoever, which saved me from having to hire a drywall contractor afterward! I will be recommending your service to everyone, including "Rosie on the House". Best home upgrade money I could have spent. Thanks again! more

What a breath of fresh air! Mr. Electric is what all service companies should model themselves after. My experience was fantastic and George is a great example of what a professional service person should be. He called me 30 min in advance and showed up at my door with a smile and clean uniform. He also put on shoe covers and was very patient with me; I run a daycare from my home with many children running around. George was a hit with the kids. He gave them all coloring books and pens and magnets to take home to their parents. Great way to advertise!! George fixed the problem quickly without causing any interference with my business and the price was very reasonable. Please give George Kudos for representing your company in a professional way. I will recommend Mr. Electric to all my friends and clients. more

The technician arrived within the time specified and even gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes before he showed up. When he arrived, he was very knowledgable, and did the job thoroughly, correctly and in a timely fashion. I needed ceiling fans for three rooms in my home. The Mr. Electric service man bid the job and although they were not quite the lowest bid, they were very competitive. What sold me was the knowledge level of the representative and the assurances made to me. The installation was almost flawless. Upon completion I was completely satisfied with the expertise and professionalism displayed by the Mr. Electric team. Neatness and timeliness were greatly appreciated by me. The technicians for Mr. Electric were really professional and informative. They installed overhead fans throughout our facility and checked out our power panel and made some improvements there. When they finished, everything was clean and in perfect working order. I was impressed with these guys and would not hesitate to use them again. more

When we need electrical help on the weekend, they came out. Unfortunately, all we needed was to reset the breakers. They were nice enough to offer to apply the charge if we had more problems in the next week. more

My parents used Mr. Electric to have some additional lighting put in their kitchen. They were on time for the quote, but for the amount of work that was done they were a bit more expensive than other companies. The work was done well though, and they were able to get the job done sooner than anyone else. Also, they seemed to be a larger company, not just some guy running a business out of his truck. more
