Businiess name:  Mr Electric Of Phoenix Metro

Review content:
I found Mr. Electric through Home Depot as a a recommended installer for our new ceiling fan. The electrician who arrived was James Oth, he was pleasant and efficient. A day or two after the fan was installed it began to make a clicking noise. James happily came back out to fix the problem, but determined that it was an issue not with install or balancing, but in the fan itself...something in the motor is clicking. James himself and also Tiffany in the office put in a great deal of time and many phone calls to Home Depot working to get me coverage for the removal of this fan and re-install of a different one so I would not have to pay double for installation. They called me daily with updates on their progress with Home Depot customer service and took care of everything. Home Depot agreed to cover the re-install (thank you Home Depot!) and my new fan should be up within the week. I've already recommended Mr. Electric to a friend and will request James out in the future for more work in my home.
