What an asset 10/20/2010

I employ 40 people in the Chicago area to include 27 technicians. I have interviewed thousands. In all those years I can count on one hand those with all the attributes I look for. Your tech, Justin, has them all. What an asset to your company. more

Her professionalism, politeness and efficiency speaks loudly of the type of business you're operating. But most importantly she remains firm. more

VERY honest repairman 8/4/2010

Our washer has a minor problem that nonetheless would have required a very expensive repair job to fix it. He advised us just to live with it unless it got worse. We were delighted with his honesty and his not pushing expensive services on us that weren't absolutely necessary. more

The repairman really helped me out 7/29/2010

Great! the last time repair was not covered it was a seal but repairman told me how to fix it with a hairdryer I found a better hairdryer and did what he said and it helped the seal work better I thank him for his information. Good Job! more
