If you want out of this world ice cream, head to Moxley's. My husband and I are often there weekly in the summer months. They often have tables set up outside, which is always a nice treat. Moxley's has a nice selection of flavors, all home-made. And you sure can taste the difference. There are usually teenagers working, some of whom are not the friendliest and I always feel like they could be open later hours in the summer. more

It's hot as Africa, and you are hungry. A heavy meal doesn't sound good but you need SOMETHING. What to do? Why not do what everyone else is doing and get yourself some small batch ice cream at Moxley's Ice Cream Parlor in the festival at Bel Air. Moxley's offers about 20 revolving, homemade flavors from a long list of potential offerings. They also can whip up all sorts of frozen treats including sundaes, shakes, malts, and the childhood favorite: ICE CREAM CAKE. Everything is completely customizable and delicious. As a bonus, the place is nice and cool and smells great. My husband and I are often their even in winter! more
