The owner is a rude son of a bitch. He yelled insanely at my wife because she asked for a receipt. He even threatened her with bodily harm. I am going call Iselin Police and then see if I can find a lawyer to press charges. Anyone who is verbally threatened in this manner should definitely call the cops.\r more

I'm an online/mail customer. The customer service I've received over the phone and by email has never been anything other than courteous and professional. In fact this company has some of the best customer service I've ever encountered online. Perhaps those who have problems should look at whether their actions or behaviour are contributing to said problems. more

Please Please Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. A store and owner that values and appreciates customers, not someone like this fellow who belittles, yells, and treats his customers like crap. THIS MANY customers taking time to write bad reviews for him cannot be lying or making this stuff up. The owner of this MovieTimeVideo Store has serious attitude, and psychological issues. I seriously salute the woman that married(s) this guy and for sticking with him. That can be the only explanation. If you're interested in purchasing something and have a question or two, he gives you the worst attitude ever and gives you curt replies. This happened on more than one instance. The first two times I thought he might be having a bad day or something. In one instance my little brother grabbed a DVD that our family wanted to buy and grabbed it from the shelf since I told him to do so, he yelled at my little brother and told him to get out of the store. Basic Customer Service 101 is to treat your customers well so they RETURN, and that to some extent the customer should be made to believe that they are always right. From now on I just order my DVDs, Blu-Rays, and Music CDs from another online store. I make it a point to tell my friends, relatives, family friends, peers, colleagues, and anyone I come across to avoid this store at ALL COSTS! more

This Shop owner is a big idiot. He doesn't know how to behave with Customers. He will scold for very small reason. What ever be the reason. who ever made the mistake. either he or we. He is arrogant, mis-behaves with Females and f**cking idiot. \r \r Don't even go to his shop if that idiot is in the counter. Very bad manners. They waste your time in several ways No matter what you try or do, it's never good enough They love leaving negative reviews of your product or service They usually want free They often cost more then you're earning from them So how do you deal with this kind of customer? Simple; you don't. As a business owner your goal is to make profit, the more, the better (usually). However, you shouldn't just accept ANY customer, no matter how desperate you are for clients. The bad customers will never increase your profit with significant proportions, even worse, if there's one tiny little thing they don't like they start spreading bad word of mouth in an instant in as many places as possible, thus costing you more business. more

Nice Store This video store carries a huge collection of Indian movies probably you cannot find anywhere else. They offer most of the movies at heavily discounted price. They sell only original DVDs, not copied DVDs as you might find elsewhere. They are very well organized and easy to understand even though they deal with multiple languages. Other than selling they also rent DVDs online. more

I agree with all the comments regarding the owner being rude. This guy is unbelievable!. ..kind of insults the intelligence of customers...seriously...I thought he was kidding! He does not realize that this business is so dynamic...he will not be able to sustain if he carries on this attitude... Anyways..I know he will read this (may be does it everyday) and hopefully take steps to make positive changes instead of just putting counter comments on customer feedback and giving himself positive rating. more

I have been to this shop several times and customers will never be happy while walking out because of the customer service. They may be in bad modes and you may end up with such a bad mood even if everything is okay from your side.\r The only reason I have been this shop is that they do have huge collection that made me to get to this shop.\r Otherwise it will never be suggestable as you may end up with bad mood while walking out.\r The customer service is pathetic, rude, sense less and finally very bad that never been in the whole earth planet. more

This video store carries a huge collection of Indian movies probably you cannot find anywhere else. They offer most of the movies at heavily discounted price. He has a good collection of hindi movies and his pricing his good. I was shocked to be so rudely treated when I made one of the nicest and politest suggestions to the owner that will positively impact his business long ago. The owner was rude and curt and did not need my suggestion. Obviously he was reacting to an issue he must have had with some other customer. But then I realized with time that he is just the same. It only made me caution others not to come here. And I noticed his bad attitude is contagious in that two of the girls who work for him also had nasty attitudes. Clearly, a person's magnetism attracts like minded people. My weakness to watch movies brings me here. If somebody can suggest an alternate store that has a good collection, I will not hesitate to drop this vendor at the wink of an eye.
