Please Please Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. A store and owner that values and appreciates customers, not someone like this fellow who belittles, yells, and treats his customers like crap. THIS MANY customers taking time to write bad reviews for him cannot be lying or making this stuff up. The owner of this MovieTimeVideo Store has serious attitude, and psychological issues. I seriously salute the woman that married(s) this guy and for sticking with him. That can be the only explanation. If you're interested in purchasing something and have a question or two, he gives you the worst attitude ever and gives you curt replies. This happened on more than one instance. The first two times I thought he might be having a bad day or something. In one instance my little brother grabbed a DVD that our family wanted to buy and grabbed it from the shelf since I told him to do so, he yelled at my little brother and told him to get out of the store. Basic Customer Service 101 is to treat your customers well so they RETURN, and that to some extent the customer should be made to believe that they are always right. From now on I just order my DVDs, Blu-Rays, and Music CDs from another online store. I make it a point to tell my friends, relatives, family friends, peers, colleagues, and anyone I come across to avoid this store at ALL COSTS!
