When we moved into our 1960's house, about 5 years ago, we had to have all the plumbing re-done and Jim Warren- recommended by a friend- fixed us up in no time at all.
I don't know good plumbing from bad (to me it's all a bunch of pipes I'd rather not see) but what impressed me about Jim is that he doesn't waste anything: time, words, space, materials; there's nothing unnecessary or meaningless about him or his work. He's extremely efficient and neat and very thoughtful. (Without us even thinking about it, Jim extended a line to a future ice-maker, which came in very handy.) He's light-years ahead in thinking and planning and doesn't miss anything.
Recently we had to have some plumbing done and Jim was our natural first choice. Unfortunately, we failed to hook up and so had a number of "strange" plumbers at the house to give us estimates. In looking over the situation, almost every one of them complimented the work that Jim did. "Whoever did this knew what they were doing"; "That's a nice and tidy job"; "I like the way this was done." Which is the reason I'm writing this review. Before, I could only have stated that Jim is a very likeable guy who delivers what he promises, on time, for a reasonable price, and that nothing he fixed has broken yet. But now that I have heard his peers' unsolicited reviews I have to give him a big recommendation.
