I took at preview class at Mountain Yoga Studio, and was not at all thrilled with what I experienced. Instead of yoga that flowed from one pose to the next, we were instructed in a pose, went into the pose, and then paused to be instructed in another pose. We stopped at one point to get folding chairs to use as a prop since most of the class would not have been able to stretch in certain poses without them. I asked if that was how the classes always were, and was told it was. It might be good for someone older or someone with no flexibility, but not for the 20 something crowd.
