Had 2 radios go bad with 2 months after I bought the boat from them. When I bought the boat they told me that there was a year warranty on it and said nothing about only replacing items one time. So I had to go buy another radio for 200 bucks. Next example is that I had a seat cushion that was losing its form, so I drove down and they looked at it and ordered me another one and said they would call me when it come in. They did call me when it come in and I ask them when I could come pick it up, they said they were open anytime but service department was not open on Sunday but said I could come pick it up then because all they had to do was give them my old seat and take the new one. So I went in on Sunday and told someone that I was there to get my seat and he said that service was closed on Sunday and I would have to come back, keep in mind that I live about an hour away so I did not want to drive back again as high as gas is, after having words with this guy he finally got on the phone and talked to someone that said all he needed to do was switch the seat out. I told him that this is one of the reasons that I did not refer people to buy from him and he told me that if that is the way I felt not to come back! This is no way to run a company, before I left I ask who this guy was because I was going to call his boss and he then told me that he was the owner! I would hate to think that as tough as times are getting right now that I would not dare talk to customers like that. Just be careful and make sure that who ever you buy from will treat you good after they sell you the boat. In this case they got there money and now are not worried about me! This will catch up them sooner or later...
