Mountain Land Design

We purchased our appliances for our new home from Mountainland Design 5 years ago. At that time the pricing was the best that we could find. The appliances were in stock and delivered on time. You never know if you got a good deal until something goes wrong. Our Kitchen Aid front loading washer went out on us. I spoke with several local repair people and they all told me that it was a lost cause and that I should just get a new one. I called and talked to Tiffany at Mountainland explaining that we needed to come in and pick out a new washing machine. She told me that I needed to check one more repair man first and she gave me a name and number. I called and found out that our washer was under warranty. All of the parts were covered and most of the inside of the washer was replaced. I had to pay the labor but that was much less then a new washer. Tiffany knew that I was intending to buy and could have easily sold me a new machine and I would have never known the difference. NOW THATS SERVICE!! Thank you so much and when we need anything else I wont even bother spending the time to shop. I will head straight to Mountainland. Thanks Tiffany. more

They lure you in with a beautiful showroom with efficient order taking happy salespeople full of promises only to find out after the money was paid, that they can't deliver for not only days, weeks, but MONTHS down the line. Our project was completely put on hold for months leaving us with frustrate cabinet people, plumbers, and electricians who all said ""Well when you get mountain land to respond to you, let us know and we will have fit you in when they really can deliver not just when they say they will deliver""... Moreover, PLAN ON PAYING SHIPPING CHARGES because you will be desperate to move your project forward. If you want them to call you back CAMPOUT there until your appliance salesperson comes in to work. Pros: Fabulous showroom, really nice and willing salespeople Cons: Don't deliver, get your money then wont return calls more

I love Mountain Land Design. Not only is their showroom AMAZING, their salespeople know their stuff. \r \r I disagree with Murphy Park City. Mountain Land Design takes GREAT care of their customers. Pros: Salespeople with experience. more

We purchased over $15,000 worth of product from Mountainland Design when we built our home 6 years ago. They installed our subzero fridge and when the icemaker line broke and flooded our kithchen they claimed they were not responsible. Beautiful showroom but really bad service and follow-up. High end in the case of Mountainland does not mean high end service. I would definately not purchase anything from them again. Pros: Beautiful showroom and products Cons: Does not stand by their work! more
