I was somewhat leery about buying a vehicle sight unseen, but I did my homework using the VIN numbers you provided and took a risk. I'm very happy with my purchase, so much so that I would consider using a similar method again. I can't say I enjoyed the process in OH so much, folks didn't seem overly professional there, but everything worked out. more

Buying a car on the internet was a first for me but your dealership made it surprisingly easy. The transaction couldn't have been easier and the salesperson was great. The purchase was made almost a year ago. I bought the car while under warranty from the manufacturer but had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely come back to buy again. more

For buying an expensive brand of car I was a bit nervous... (Mercedes convertable) and flying in from Dallas to pick up and drive home.... even more concerned on how it would all flow. It was easy, straight forward and everything you said it would be. Looking for another vehicle now. It has been over a year now and we love the car!! more

My experience was good to excellent - there were a couple times of confusion with paperwork, but all was taken care of within a timely fashion. Shipping was a bit frustrating, but because of the time of year and weather, there was much that couldn't of been helped. more
