I bought my new car here, and I have been taking it to this Nissan for the past four times. However, this last time, the service department was absolutely inconsiderate and rude. They did not express sympathy nor the desire to apologize for the inconvenience they have caused. In general, they are very, very unprofessional, and they need to improve on their customer service skills. No need to explain in detail. It is too long of a story. Let's just say, this was a very unsatisfying and horrible experience that will be brought to corporate and whoever is in charge of this Mossy Nissan.
