I love this shop, the very first time I walked in I was welcomed, it was by an employee not the owner, who happened not to be working at the time. That visit I bought a few accessories. The second time I was greeted by the owner, and helped after she was finished with another customer, I was welcomed to a fitting room when she saw I had chosen a piece of clothing. I was helped in turn. I was just there today and was again welcomed by the owner, there was another customer there before me, and a group of two came in after, we were all helped in turn and all attended to just fine, as far as I was concerned. I think the other ladies were also happy with the service. I bought a small accessory and a candle, one other lady bought some jewelry, I don't recall seeing what the others purchased if anything. Everything was very nice, nice selection, different items unlike you see everywhere - don't let one review scare you away, if you like the look of the window, or the sound of it, go by there (there's a good sandwich shop next door, too) more

My sister in law bought a very expensive pair of jeans from Mosaic a few months ago. She was concerned about the quality of them and attempted to inquire about getting a replacement pair. The replacement or lack thereof (which they did not even ask for) is not even the concern here. The owner, Lisa, was very rude and condescending about the entire issue- on the phone and when my sister-in-law came in to the store. She told her she was ""Ridiculous"" for even trying to bring them back. MissMe was very concerned and respectful and very customer service driven, which Mosaic had NO concern for. more
