Some signature concepts at work here: wheel a cart over to each table, visually present the menu and different cuts of meat, assign two servers to each table. The process is carried out flawlessly, with attentive service that's the ideal mixture of upbeat and invisible. The steaks are out-of-this-world delicious, and the a la carte side dishes make for ideal complements--try the creamed spinach and sauteed mushrooms. This is the first meal in a long time after which I didn't feel bilked by the bill. It wasn't cheap, but Morton's merited the price.
Pros: Quality steak, Polished service
