Worst

If you have 3 to 4 hours to wait to be seen even with an appointment, then this place will be fine for you. As for us who have lives, jobs, families, etc. this can not be tolerate...

how could they 8/7/2014

They made me n my daughter feel welcome n was really nice to us until they took my daughter to the back n wouldn't let me come back there with her, they straight jacked her and within 5 mins of her being in the back all I hear is her screaming to the top . Of her lungs, when I asked what was going on they rudely said go wait in the waiting room I'm fixing the damage u done at home...!!!!!! Like it was my fault she had a lot of infections and had to take medicine when she was little that ended up decaying her teeth... I will never come back, to me that is not how u handle a child!!! And can u image how my daughter was feeling n how u think I'm ever gona get her to go to a dentists office again more

2-4 hour wait time = unacceptable 2/23/2012

If you have 3 to 4 hours to wait to be seen even with an appointment, then this place will be fine for you. As for us who have lives, jobs, families, etc. this can not be tolerated. The dentists, hygienists, and assistants are all nice and very concerned with your comfort, but the fact that every time (the past 3 visits for me personally)you have to wait a minimum of 2 hours is completely disrespectful to the patient. This most recent experience I came in because my temporary crowns were hurting extremely bad and I am currently pregnant and therefor very concerned that my teeth may have an infection. I waited 4 hours to be seen, while in pain. Something about that isn't right. more

I was VERY impressed with this particular dentist office. the staff was very friendly and quickly referred me to another office when the severity of my case was realized. they also took care of all the necessary preparations as to having my records moved to the other location. i would definately recommend this office to anyone in savannah who needed immediate dental services. more
