If you have 3 to 4 hours to wait to be seen even with an appointment, then this place will be fine for you. As for us who have lives, jobs, families, etc. this can not be tolerated. The dentists, hygienists, and assistants are all nice and very concerned with your comfort, but the fact that every time (the past 3 visits for me personally)you have to wait a minimum of 2 hours is completely disrespectful to the patient. This most recent experience I came in because my temporary crowns were hurting extremely bad and I am currently pregnant and therefor very concerned that my teeth may have an infection. I waited 4 hours to be seen, while in pain. Something about that isn't right.
