Luiza is a very knowledgeable and extremely organized professional. She immediately got involved in the board and community issues. I was impressed how capable she was in putting a budget together in a very short time frame. During our first organizational meeting, she tried very hard to explain to all board members how to read the monthly financial statements. At the same time, we got some valuable advice regarding our finances. The Narrative Report was detailed and understandable. Luiza was able to immediately answer all my clarification requests related to finances. She is outstanding. more

I attend the monthly meetings at a Home Owners Association that Morris Management presides over. Leah, the liaison for Morris is such a wonderful asset to our Board. I very much look forward to meeting with her every month. She comes prepared and well-versed in the topics that need to be addressed in our community. We would be lost without her! more

I am very impressed by how quickly Morris Management was able to get involved in all small and big issues related to our community. I have lived in the same residence for 5 years and can see a big shift when the community switched to Morris. They are on top of everything, very proactive, energetic, and multi-tasking. They are problem solvers and patient with tenant’s requests. The way they communicate with me confirms that they are on the ball of managing their tenants and property owners. more

Beth from Morris Management is great! She does a good job anticipating what issues we may encounter. She has extensive knowledge of what has and hasn’t worked in other communities, and she knows a lot about the contractors that are available. She helps us untangle the complexities of the legal issues surrounding the units where people walk away. She treats homeowners with respect – even when they are impolite to her – and that keeps them happy. I’m very grateful for all she has done for me. more

I appreciate the fact that our manager is able to attend training and earn professional certifications in Property Management. She has a lot of experience, has developed resource lists and contacts and I believe the properties she manages profit from that experience and knowledge. They have seen to things around the home I rent and are always available for help or info. They see to maintenance and that is the most important part. more
